How It Works

A four-step loop. Same loop every time, every tail.

STEP 01
Schedule
Send the tail number, FBO, and wheels-up time. Or a recurring weekly window.
STEP 02
Collect
We meet the aircraft, swap the kit, and leave a sealed counted receipt with the captain.
STEP 03
Launder
Inspected, pressed, and re-counted at our facility. Damaged items flagged before reuse.
STEP 04
Return
Returned to the next FBO of your choosing inside 24 hours. Stocked to your par level.

What flight departments tell us.

"

Our crew used to spend half a day chasing linen between hotels and dry cleaners. Now Carlos meets the aircraft, full stop. We have never had a short count.

The principal noticed the linens before he noticed the new interior. The presentation is genuinely hotel-grade and the turnaround has never slipped.

One ledger, one invoice, par levels held to within a single piece. Accomodax made our textile program quietly disappear, which is the highest compliment I can pay a vendor.

We do. We meet the aircraft, swap the kit, and leave a sealed counted receipt with the captain. No crew handling, no terminal hand-offs.

Yes. Tail numbers, principal initials, or a custom mark. Lead time is 10 days for the first run, 3 days for replacements once the file is on record.

Per tail, per month, against a par level we set together. One ledger, one invoice. No per-piece nickel-and-diming and no FBO surcharges within the tri-state coverage area.

Damaged items are flagged at intake and pulled before reuse. Replacements come out of a held inventory buffer at no charge within the agreed shrinkage allowance.
